Mayor Boris Johson is delivering record investment in transport across the Capital.  We can see these improvements in Southwark where:

• 28 bus routes have been expanded or improved
• Commuters on Jubilee and Northern Lines are seeing improvements to services under the Tube upgrade programme.  Secured by Boris Johnson, this is  part of the biggest modernisation of the Tube in 80 years. 
• Thousands of Southwark residents will benefit from London first orbital railway – the London Overground – with five stations in Southwark – Rotherhithe, Surrey Quays, Queens Road Peckham, Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill.
