Simon Kingston is the Deputy Chair (Political) of Bermondsey and Old Southwark Conservatives.
He has lived in Southwark for twelve years. With his wife, daughter and dog, he currently lives between Elephant and Castle and Borough. He is very interested in development and regeneration in the area.
Simon leads the Global Development Practice of an international executive search firm. He enjoys running mountain marathons and will this year be part of an exhibition aiming to the first to row down the Zambesi . This will be in aid of Village Water.
In addition to all this he is a member of the Executive Comittee of the British Irish Association and has published on Irish and British politics and history and continues to write occassionally on related subjects.
